1. Digital Delivery
WeeBee Tickets are delivered electronically and instantly. As soon as your payment is successful and the transit operator confirms the order, the ticket is issued to your account inside the app. There is no physical product and no shipping or delivery charge.
2. Accessing Your Ticket
You can view and use your ticket at any time from the My Tickets section of the app. Each ticket displays its status and, when ready, a QR code that you scan at the metro gate to enter.
3. Validity & Use
Ticket validity, the number of permitted journeys, and entry/exit rules are set by the transit operator and shown on the ticket. Please use the ticket within its validity period and in accordance with the operator's conditions of carriage.
4. If Your Ticket Does Not Appear
In the rare event that your payment succeeds but a ticket does not appear within a few minutes, do not pay again. Open Support in the app or email support@weebee.in with your payment reference. If a ticket was not issued, any amount charged is automatically refunded (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
