1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeeBee Tickets (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. About WeeBee Tickets
WeeBee Tickets is owned and operated by WAYQ Technologies Private Limited and acts as a Buyer Application (facilitator) on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). We help you discover, book, and pay for metro tickets. The travel service itself is provided and fulfilled by the transit operator (for example, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited for Namma Metro), subject to the operator's own conditions of carriage.
3. Eligibility & Your Account
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age (or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You sign in using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account secure, and for the bookings made through your account.
4. Booking & Tickets
When you book, we place an order with the transit operator over ONDC. A ticket is issued only after your payment succeeds and the operator confirms the order. Tickets are subject to the operator's validity, usage, and entry/exit rules, which are shown on the ticket. Tickets are generally for personal use and may be single- or limited-use as specified by the operator.
5. Fares & Payments
Fares are set by the transit operator and shown in full before you pay; see our Pricing & Fares page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment-instrument details.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Eligible tickets can be cancelled in-app. Refund amounts and any cancellation charges are determined by the operator and shown before you confirm. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Resell tickets or use the Service for unauthorised commercial purposes
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As a facilitator, WeeBee Tickets is not responsible for the operation of the metro service, train timings, service disruptions, or station-level decisions, which are the responsibility of the transit operator.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYQ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A BOOKING SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT BOOKING.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process below, the courts at Palakkad, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
10. Grievance Redressal
Before raising any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve your concern. Our Grievance Officer is Arun Gopinath (arun@wayq.in). Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within 30 days.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. The "last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
